Principal Fehrenbach’s Weekly Message
Dear LPS families,
As I continue to get to know our amazing LPS community, I am finding myself connecting with more and more parents. Along the way, I’ve found that many of us are sharing some of the same parenting struggles… parenting in 2024 is certainly not easy! You might be surprised to find that your family is not alone in any struggles you are facing, and our PTO is offering an amazing opportunity to connect about these challenges:
Join the PTO for a Book Club about Jonathan Haidt’s book The Anxious Generation. We will read sections of the book on our own and then meet to discuss them. The first book study will take place on Monday, November 4th at 7 pm. Join for the PTO meeting at 6:00 too! November’s book study conversation session will cover Parts 1 and 2 (Pages 1-110).
Parenting Coach Becky Goodwin hosts a podcast about the book, and you also might like to follow her parenting tips on Instagram, @drbeckyatgoodinside.
